In Counsel with Women is a network of executive women, chosen from both profit and non-profit organizations who share a mission to develop professional and personal relationships among top women leaders in Northeast Ohio.

The members of In Counsel with Women have achieved the highest levels of accomplishment within their professions and communities. The diverse membership represents over 100 organizations in Northeast Ohio, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CMOs, GCs, presidents, managing partners and executive directors. In Counsel’s members are also very active in their communities, participating on over 425 boards and committees. In total, our members have been recognized by their communities and industry peers with hundreds of national, local and industry awards and honors.
Founded in 2003, In Counsel with Women offers its members a variety of programs that allow them to spend time with each other, to network in an unstructured way, to hear each other’s stories and to learn about specific areas of interest. What is distinctive in all programs is the intimacy of these gatherings among top women leaders in our community.
